Shipping policy
ORDER PROCESSING:
Because each item is made-to-order (no dusty warehouse here!), production usually takes 2–5 business days. Over 97% of orders ship within 5 business days. More than 50% ship within 3 business days or fewer. Shipping times vary based on location, but most orders arrive within 4–11 business days total. Estimated delivery times are listed on each product page and in our Shipping Policy.
DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
Delivery times are estimated and might differ based on the number of orders being processed. You will see the final costs and delivery times displayed at checkout. Shipping rates vary based on package weight, dimensions, and destination. All of our products ship to you from our manufacturer's facilities in Charlotte, North Carolina.
The following are rates and time ESTIMATES for our current line-up of products. Please note, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.
